CENTRAL PARK

10460 Heather Ave.

Central Park is an 80 acre recreation complex bordered by
Randsburg-Mojave Road, Conklin Boulevard. California City
Boulevard and Heather Drive. Facilities located within the park
are a multi-purpose sports center, senior center, playground,
swimming pool, tennis courts, handball court and many picnic
sites complete with shade, tables and barbecues.  Horseshoes,
basketball and volleyball may also be enjoyed in the park.

TENNIS COURTS

Two tennis courts are located in Central Park for the
public's enjoyment.
 
 

BALSITIS PARK

 Located at the corner of Landis and Shortway Streets.
A neighborhood park facility with covered picnic areas,
tables, barbecues, grass, trees and play apparatus, basketball,
volleyball courts, snack-bar and restrooms. 

3 lighted softball/soccer fields are also located here.

MABLE DAVIS SENIOR CENTER

        The Senior Center is located in Central Park near the tennis courts.  A large
meeting room, lounge, and pool room are available for our senior population.
Also available are horseshoe and shuffle board courts, bingo and card games
 Noon lunches are served Monday thru Friday.
Please call at least one day ahead for reservations.
Bingo is played on Fridays at 1:00 pm. All adults are welcome.

Hours: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Monday thru Friday
 

FACILITY RENTALS

    Large picnic areas that includes tables, benches, barbecues and serving shelter are
    available for group picnics on a rental basis in Central Park. The Community Center and
    swimming pool are also available on a rental basis.
